The head chef's father is from Hunan, her grandfather is from Taichung, and she has been a Jiangsu wife for 30 years, so she is well-versed in Hunan, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Taiwanese cuisines. The dishes on the blackboard change according to the ingredients of the day, such as garlic chives not only can be stir-fried with her own dried meat, but also with beef, which is crisp and delicious.
