Due to his family being Hakka, he grew up eating traditional Hakka dishes. He opened this restaurant in Taipei to bring the delicious Hakka food and flavor to all customers, allowing everyone to taste the traditional and authentic Hakka taste.
The interior decoration is quite distinctive. From the entrance, it's carefully designed, with a curtain and two yellow lamps giving a warm feeling. Once inside, the dim lighting shines on a series of paintings, which are said to be painted by the owner himself.
The interior layout is spacious, allowing every customer to comfortably enjoy the delicacies. There are many signature dishes here. For example, the pickled pork intestine with thin slices of ginger, which is very chewy, combined with the sourness of white vinegar. Each bite will stimulate your tongue, making it very suitable for rice, and it's a must-try when experiencing Hakka cuisine. The Hakka preserved vegetable braised pork uses the preserved vegetable that turns black-green after marinating, with its unique flavor combined with delicious pork belly, creating a sweet and delicious taste. It's also very good when mixed with rice soup.
