The service center is located inside Ruifang Train Station, serving over a thousand people daily. Ruifang Train Station Tourism Service Center was ranked among the top 3 in the 2009 national transportation station tourism service center evaluation by the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation, with outstanding service quality. The service hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, providing various thoughtful services throughout the year without holidays. Services include personalized consulting services for tourism and travel in Mandarin, English, and Japanese, introduction to tourist attractions, transportation and accommodation, itinerary planning, festive events, guided tours, and internet or phone inquiries. In 2008, media guide machines and electronic billboards were added, allowing tourists to immediately obtain detailed information about New Taipei City tourism.
