The Ruihou Bicycle Path is located in Ruifang District, New Taipei City. It starts at Ruifang Railway Station and ends at Houtong Railway Station. This cycling route runs alongside the Keelung River and the Yilan Line railway, stretching about 5 kilometers. On one side, you can watch trains speeding past; on the other, the Keelung River offers scenic mountain and river views. The path is mostly flat, making it an easy ride suitable for the general public. The Ruihou cycling route follows Section 3 of Ruifang Mingdeng Road, running parallel to the Yilan double-track railway. Along the way, cyclists cross the Keelung River via the Xingan Bridge, a pedestrian- and cyclist-only scenic bridge closed to motorized traffic. The bridge is decorated with images of miners pushing ore carts and features colorful, dynamic LED lighting at night.
