The Bai Ma (White Horse) Park located in Qimei Township along the Tingxi Scenic Area. When riding a bicycle from the Twin Heart Stony Fishpond in the northern part of Xiao Taiwan, a park is visible on the right side; the most striking feature is a large red ball (red dragon ball) near the roadside. Bai Ma Park is also known as Bai Ma Slope, with its surrounding geographical environment being arid and grassless. The ground subtly reveals traces of water erosion, and the coastal areas belong to gravel beaches. Some regions of Bai Ma Park remain bare of grass for years, earning it the nickname "Small Ma Lun World (Small Moon World)." Here, there is a feng shui wall with a path extending like a bridge, leading to an end where a red giant dragon pearl, a white horse statue wrapped in red cloth, and a gourd can be found. This white horse statue is a shigandang, protecting the vital water sources of Qimei Township. A small altar is set beside the white horse, with designated times for worship. Additionally, the giant red dragon pearl is placed to block the drainage outlet, carrying feng shui meanings of warding off water and securing prosperity. In the park's grassy area, the indigenous Half-Sky Bird (Hsinchuang County's bird) is occasionally spotted. Crossing the road, the visitor can see the opposite barren land with holes and water erosion traces, offering views of the distant Golden Dragon Pagoda on a high point. In Bai Ma Park, herds of sheep often frolic and stroll within the area. Beside them, pavilions are set up where visitors can sit, enjoy the sea, and listen to the natural melody of waves crashing against the shore. [Recommended Stopping Time] 1 hour
