The founder, "Dong Chunlin" and his wife "Zeng Huijuan", worked their way up from a mobile vendor to create the renowned brand of "Zeng Ji", the first GSP excellent store in the mochi industry... However, through persistent efforts to develop new techniques, Zeng Ji's handmade mochi, which was initially preservative-free and had a shelf life of 1 day, can now be preserved for 2 days.
