Located at the 23.5K mark on Provincial Highway 2 beside Baisha Bay, this site was originally an abandoned camp operated by the Coast Guard. "Northernmost Blue Point" is embraced to the left by Linshan Cape and to the right by Fugui Corner, facing the open sea with exceptionally scenic vistas. The site host arts and culture exhibitions featuring local artists, and operates a local arts and small-farmer market every Sunday, conducting a series of activities to assist development of local creative brands and establish a new cultural hub on the northern coast while enhancing visibility of northern coastal arts and culture. The area was originally a vital military fortress on the northern coast, managed by North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration under the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works. Construction was completed in mid-October 2016. Named "Northernmost Blue Point" for occupying Taiwan's northernmost location, the facility was later leased to Misti Dessert King beginning September 2017.
