新北市蘆洲區信義路259巷25號1樓
This small shop, operating for over 20 years in the alleyways of Luzhou, relies on the delicious reputation of its Ajii and sweet and spicy (Tantan) dishes to attract an increasing number of loyal customers. Tofu sheets are stuffed with springy stewed glass noodles, wrapped in fresh fish paste, and placed in steaming hot Tantan soup. Patrons can enjoy one bite of Ajii and one spoonful of soup, or mix the glass noodles into the soup for a different flavor experience. The special house-made sauce poured over Ajii and Tantan is unforgettable for many. Local residents and students have been eating there for years; even people who have moved to the southern or central regions return specifically for a taste. The Ajii of this family shop differs slightly from that of Tamsui. It can be served in either soup or dried form, with its signature sauce—a condiment cherished by generations of the owner—crafted from miso, soybeans, and chili as a base, then stir-fried, sweetened, and balanced with a unique ratio to remain subtly sweet yet not overpowering. The delicacy tastes exceptional with this sauce. The second generation of the Yang family's homestyle eatery hopes to promote traditional street food, so they renovated the shop, added appetizer models at the entrance, and installed air conditioning in the store to provide a comfortable dining atmosphere akin to a restaurant. They also added an online home delivery service, so that even those living outside Luzhou can enjoy the family's culinary expertise. Recommended dish: Ajii
