Milk Hometown Restaurant is located inside Miaoxiang Ranch, a farm with over 30 years of dairy history. The ranch raises more than 80 high-quality dairy cows that produce over 200 kg of fresh milk daily. In addition to supplying a milk company, the fresh milk is used in the on-site restaurant. The milk, hand-milked that very morning, is kept at 3 °C and then pasteurized for a long time at a gentle heat below 70 °C to preserve nutrients and flavor. Because the milk is so fresh and rich, the “Mama Tian” team turns it into ice pops, panna-cotta, and steamed milk buns—100 % dairy products that taste exceptionally creamy and smooth. Beyond dairying, the farm grows many ornamental and edible pumpkins and has created a pumpkin tunnel, offering visitors a full farm-to-table experience.
Mama Tian’s Milk Hometown Restaurant uses fresh produce grown with natural fertilizers on the ranch and milk hand-milked daily to create Hakka-style dishes. Signature favorites include “Three-Cup Chicken,” “Golden-Fried Pumpkin with Salted Egg,” and “Pumpkin Seafood Chowder”—all must-tries for visitors!
