From the selection and curation of beans, roasting processes, brewing, to tasting experiences, every step is personally managed and executed by the owner, Jerry Zhang Wenwei. Additionally, Jerry holds permanent evaluation roles at major domestic coffee bean competitions, serves as a judge for various types of coffee competitions, and concurrently serves as a board director of the Taipei Specialty Coffee Association.
