The Eighteen Guanyin Trail, formerly known as the Baguashan Shibaliao Guanyin Trail, is located between Dafeng Lane and Qilin Lane in Dafeng Village, Yuanlin City, accessible from Dazhang Road (Route 139) and leading to the Tiaoshui Historic Trail in Fenyuan Township. It is one of the historic trade routes for agricultural products between Changhua and Nantou. The trail is approximately 1.54 kilometers long and is currently equipped with steps, wooden walkways, rest platforms, and benches. Along the way, visitors can see many different types of plants, with shaded paths and the sounds of insects and birds. During the Japanese colonial period, it was a mountain path used by locals for fruit picking and also a necessary route for local mountain residents during religious processions.
