Tainan Classic Souvenir: Some say that if you haven't tried Yan Shui noodles when you visit Yan Shui Town, then you can't say you've been to Yan Shui Town. That's why Yan Shui noodles are not only famous all over Taiwan, but even foreign tourists come specially to try them and can't help but praise them. The Yan Shui District Farmers' Association went further to incorporate health concepts into the noodles. In collaboration with National Chiayi University, they developed various flavors such as traditional, fresh milk, tomato, red yeast rice, and germ, making these complex, chewy and savory noodles a popular souvenir that combines tradition and health.
