The name "85 Mountain" comes from a mountain peak with an elevation of 850 meters. The owner of this peak is Liu Qingyuan, a Tayal people. He has 15 hectares of land on the mountain and spent over a decade planting 3 hectares of sweet persimmons, over 1 hectare of nectarines, and citrus fruits. His sweet persimmons are particularly renowned for being sweet, crunchy, and juicy, with the largest ones weighing over 1 jin (approximately 0.5 kg) and having a sugar content of over 20 degrees. Even cyclists who plan to visit him have to put in considerable effort, as the entrance to his orchard is located at 41.1 kilometers on the 120th line, a mere 700 meters away, but with an elevation gain of 200 meters, making it a challenging route.
