Located on the Yunlin Beigang Old Street, in front of the Mazu Temple, Kim Jie Fa Pan-Fried Cakes is one of the many popular spots for locals and tourists alike. In the early days, Mr. Cai, the owner, opened a "Kim Jie Fa Hardware Store" here. As the traditional industry gradually declined, he switched to selling pan-fried rice cakes for breakfast in front of his store. Since there was no store name, many people simply called it "Kim Jie Fa Pan-Fried Cakes".
