台北市南港區東新街170之1號
Nangang Park was developed in 1987, covering an area of about 11.8 hectares. The park is surrounded by mountains and water, and its architecture is rich in Chinese style. Located at the intersection of Dongxin Street and Chengfu Road, the park is adjacent to the Joint Logistics Command Headquarters to the north and Nangang public housing to the south. To the east, it offers a panoramic view of the Four Elephants Mountain in the Xinyi District. The park has a wide view and is the largest scenic park in Nangang District with natural ponds.

The park is rich in plant species. There are trees such as banyan trees, kauri trees, maple-leaf plume trees, and acacia trees. Around the ponds, there are plants like sea lemon fruits and willows. Around the music stage and parking lot, there are trees such as Derris indica and traveler's palms. There are more than 60 species of trees, totaling more than 2,000 plants. It is also combined with flowering or colorful foliage shrubs such as Lantana, Strelitzia, azaleas, Keng's pomelo, red bamboo, and croton, making the park's plants rich and diverse, presenting a variety of landscapes.
