Our store has been in operation since 1997, founded by a husband and wife team. Mr. Chen, our owner, returned to his hometown after his father's illness rendered him unable to work. He helped out at his family's snack shop and occasionally traveled to the north to learn culinary skills from his uncle-in-law, who was a skilled chef. Due to family circumstances, he went on to open his own store elsewhere, starting from scratch to where we are today. Over the past decade plus, we have gradually received praise and criticism from our customers, and we hope that in the next ten, twenty years... we can continue to create dishes that our customers will praise.
