Tucked away in the alleys between Dunhua South Road and Badet Road in Taipei, "Yuwenle" is a Japanese cuisine brand co-founded by Tong Shizhe, a shareholder of a fishing company, and his friends.     The entrepreneurial philosophy of "Yuwenle" is to provide high-level, exquisite Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices.       With the advantage of direct procurement, "Yuwenle" has a stable source of high-quality coastal seafood, allowing it to immediately transform the fresh seafood caught on the same day into exquisite Japanese cuisine, serving it on the "Yuwenle" dining table for food lovers to taste.       "Yuwenle" adopts an open kitchen environment typical of traditional Japanese sushi restaurants. The only nine seats are all facing the sushi counter, allowing diners to fully watch the chefs preparing the dishes. While experiencing the chefs' focus and dedication at the sushi counter, they can also enjoy the fresh ocean flavors made to order. In addition, the basement has table seats, with 2 to 20 seats available for family dinners, colleagues' meals, and class reunions, among others.       At "Yuwenle", all dishes are made with fresh seafood and local ingredients purchased on the same day. We insist on not using processed products or over-seasoning, and all dishes present the original flavor of natural ingredients. Each bite is a taste of nature's gift.
