The shop was established in 1986 and specializes in beef noodles, spicy sour noodles (soup), steamed dumplings, pickled vegetable shredded pork noodles, corn soup, various noodle pastries, and side dishes. Starting from a small corner, the shop has grown to its current size. Our pork steamed dumplings are made with premium fresh chives, high‑mountain napa cabbage, fresh pork, and a unique blend of seasonings and spices. The skin of the dumplings is thin as a translucent sheet, yet incredibly elastic. When you pick one up with chopsticks, be careful not to puncture the skin; remember to place it on a spoon before tasting.
