Located in the Dadaocheng district, adjacent to the former site of Daan Hospital, which was established by Jiang Weishui in Dadaocheng. The hospital was where Jiang Weishui practiced medicine and also served as the wholesale distribution center for Taiwan Minbao, making it a stronghold for the Taiwan New Culture Movement. A permanent exhibition, "Hello, Weishui," is on display, showcasing Jiang Weishui's life experiences and his efforts to promote the Taiwan New Culture Movement, commemorating this important advocate for Taiwan's liberal democratic thought.
