Chiayi's Wucyau Vegetarian Noodle, Zhuolu Mountain Noodle restaurant specializes in cold noodles and cold meatballs, and is the only store in the Chiayi area that sells five-color vegetable, chicken, pork, and beef cold noodles. The cold noodles in the store are based on a 30-year-old family recipe, and every scoop of sesame sauce, mayonnaise, and other seasonings are calculated to find the golden ratio. The recommended "Wucyau Vegetarian Noodle" uses Chiayi's unique wide and flat noodles, and the sesame flavor, soy sauce saltiness, vinegar sourness, and garlic spiciness in the sauce are all perfectly combined with a final touch of white vinegar (mayonnaise). The side dishes, in addition to cucumber, also include red carrots, yellow corn, black mushrooms, and green beans, which not only increase the sense of fullness but also provide the daily required amount of vegetables.
