2004年由廣島人—あきこ傳授道地的廣島燒及其精神給現在的二代目—ヒロ，為了推廣日本酒搭餐的文化，慢慢轉型為現在的「鐵匠鐵板居酒屋」。

2004 —あきこ from Hiroshima passed on local Hiroshima-Fu-OKonomiYaki and it’s spirit to 二代目—ヒロ. In order to promote Japanese wine with meal culture,  it gradually transformed to “Teppan Izakaya Tessho” restaurant.

鉄匠（てっしょう）居酒屋は、2003年創業台湾初の本格広島お好み焼き屋さんです。
台湾の路地中に佇む純和風の居酒屋、賑やかな店内は気心の知れた友人や同僚とワイワイガヤガヤ飲むのにピッタリの雰囲気です。座敷席はゆっくりしたい時にオススメ。
お好み焼きを中心とした鉄板料理の数々はオリオンビールのお供にどうぞ。日本酒も沢山取り揃えてあり、利き酒師の免許を持ったスタッフの方が丁寧に紹介してくれます。
