Simplified Chinese Japanese English Korean North Loop 203 County Road, within the Chima Village, there is a quiet beach.
Enter through the small alley opposite the Chima Banana Palace and walk straight to the end, you will find a wide expanse of sea and beach. Here the sand is fine, and during low tide a large, flat stretch of beach is exposed.
Chima Beach is characterized by its very fine sand, making it ideal for water play. As the sun sets, the golden beach becomes a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. The beach takes on a golden hue in the sunshine, which is the most enchanting part of Penghu's beaches. Lying on the sand, watching the distant sunset, and seeing children carefree playing on the beach, all the annoying troubles are cast aside.
Here you can enjoy the afterglow of the sunset, a fiery sky, and a golden beach, forming a beautiful blueprint. Several dramas have also filmed here.
Along the port levee there is a shaded small pavilion where you can enjoy the sea and escape the scorching sun.
Next to it was the Chima West Trail wooden boardwalk, which could be walked all the way to the inner harbor. Today, due to weather, wind, and sea attacks, the boardwalk has been damaged and is no longer passable.
