The Rainbow Mountain Buddha is located on Xin Kai Road, Liu Guo District, also known as the "Liu Guo Buddha". It was established by the Rainbow Mountain Religious Foundation and began construction in 2000. After 15 years of construction, it was completed and opened to the public in 2015. The statue stands at 20 meters tall, equivalent to a 7-story building, and was cast using 167 tons of copper. The main body is magnificent, and the closed-eye statue exudes a gentle and compassionate aura. Upon closer inspection, it appears dignified and majestic. In front of the Buddha, there is a worship platform with a large copper incense burner and copper altar, showcasing traditional and exquisite craftsmanship. Visitors can climb the stairs to the top to reach the Buddha. In recent years, the Rainbow Mountain Buddha has become a landmark in the Liu Guo area and a popular spot for tourists to take photos. Behind the Buddha is a temple, and on the walkway, there are 12 Golden Justitia Bodhisattvas (12 Mahakala Generals) representing the 12 zodiac animals. Everyone is welcome to visit and experience the grandeur of the Buddha. The recommended stay time is about 1 hour, during which visitors can enter the Buddha for a tour or explore the architectural and artistic beauty of the sculptures and statues within the park.
