The Shuiyun Bridge is Nantou County’s first bridge to use fully solar-powered night lighting. The 96-meter-long, 3-meter-wide steel scenic “Shuiyun Bridge” was completed in April 2005; every evening, multicolored, twinkling neon lights bloom along the span, often drawing passing pedestrians and vehicles to stop and admire the view. What’s more, its location also makes it an excellent spot for watching the sunset.
