Already working in restaurant service, we reinvented the classic pineapple-shrimp ball. Using –20 °C blast-freezing, we vacuum-pack white shrimp; every day, Chiayi farms deliver fresh quail eggs. Our proprietary, preservative-free, flavoring-free batter turns out a dish that looks, smells, and tastes great while staying nutritious and healthy.
Born from the pineapple-shrimp concept, “Scampi & Quail-Egg Bombs” are high-end yet creative: deep-sea, toxin-free white shrimp and fresh quail eggs. By swapping the usual night-market fare—high-fat, high-sodium snacks—we let everyone eat healthier and more nutritiously.
