Lard is rendered in-house and blended with fried shallots, then stir-fried with hand-picked shredded pork belly and Puli shiitake mushrooms. A house-formulated soy sauce is combined with rice in a golden ratio to deliver the finest oil rice to our customers. All ingredients are natural and contain no additives, so guests can eat with peace of mind. The stall offers both steel and paper bowls for diners to choose from. In addition to oil rice, we serve abalone and crab-meat soups, giving customers plenty of satisfying options.
