屏東縣瑪家鄉三和部落
The Sanhe Tribe is located in the Pingtung Majia Township on Township Road 37. In 1943, American missionary Joe Aik Guang used resources from the Taiwan Christian Service (TCS) to assist the indigenous people from Wutai, Sandimen, and Majia townships in migrating to Ailiao for reclamation. In 1967, the villagers' meeting decided to rename it "Sanhe Village". The Sanhe village is practically composed of three villages: the north village of Yuquan community (Paiwan), the central village of Sanhe community (Paiwan), and the south village of Meiyuan community (Paiwan and Rukai). Many excellent aboriginal craft studios are located here. In addition to experiencing the aboriginal culture and vitality, the area is also famous for its earth mango production from April to June. A mango smoothie is a great experience. A visit of about 1 hour is recommended. You can visit various workshops in the village or purchase unique souvenirs.
