The center offers various facilities, including an accessible tourism consultation desk, multimedia room, nursing room, book exchange station, and smart device charging station. Visitors are encouraged to try on traditional Paiwan and Rukai ethnic clothing and take photos as a memorable experience. The center's location offers a panoramic view of the Pingtung Plain, and visitors can enjoy the scenery, watch the sunset, and see the distant bridges and skyscrapers. The plaza in front of the center occasionally hosts weekend art markets, combining the trend of creative markets with the unique cultural characteristics of indigenous communities.
