Located at the Brother Hotel, it is the first 5-star Taiwanese seafood restaurant in Taipei. It offers Taiwanese cuisine and congee with side dishes that are greatly loved by consumers. The dining environment is elegant and refined, especially suitable for hosting wedding banquets, year-end parties, and spring festivals. The congee and side dishes are reasonably priced. Various side dishes, such as pork intestines and various black and white slices, start at 120 NT dollars per serving. The congee is available in unlimited quantities for 38 NT dollars. Various Tainan snacks, such as Tainan rice cakes,担仔面 (dàn zǎi miàn), and clear soup noodles, start at 65 NT dollars. There is a "sakariba" cooking counter where dishes are ordered, sliced, and stir-fried on the spot, creating a traditional snack atmosphere.
With over 30 years of experience, the head chef creates each banquet dish, which is a real masterpiece. Dishes such as braised shark fin, flowers and moon always round, swallow's nest shrimp, crab leg braised sea cucumber, layered flavor abalone, steamed live sea bass, scallop with mustard greens, grilled eel with rice cakes, abalone four treasures soup, fresh mushroom with seasonal vegetables, crab with rice cakes, and bamboo shoot stewed chicken soup are all delicately crafted, showcasing the high level of Taiwanese cuisine. The improved sweet gourd ribs, braised pork, and guazi meat snacks are not greasy or heavy, reflecting a healthy concept. The flathead fish belly is pan-fried slowly, with just the right amount of oil, and everyone loves it. We welcome everyone to come and enjoy.
