With a special taste, crispy skin and tender meat, the signature three-course roasted duck made from duck and shacha stir-fried pork bones won third place in the Taiwan Roasted Duck King competition, and it is also the only winning roasted duck shop in New Taipei City. Owner Mr. Wu’s family has been running a roasted duck business for years; every morning, as soon as the duck leaves the oven, seasoned connoisseurs spread word of mouth and line up for a taste. Using Yunlin local wild duck as the ingredient, it is blanched and drizzled with malt syrup, air‑dried, and then roasted over charcoal. The slices are served with homemade sweet sauce, flat pancake and sliced green onions. The juicy, tender duck meat paired with the richly flavored duck bones makes for an earthly culinary delight.
