Over 30 years ago, to make a living and serve the local fishermen, the proprietress wheeled a small food cart to Fu-gang Fishing Port to sell dan-tz noodles. In the 1970s, as tourism grew and the harbor was expanded, the noodle stand evolved into a seafood restaurant. To serve more tourists and local gourmets, the family launched a full-scale seafood business.
