The waters off Qiaozi have swift currents and are rich in plankton; because the water is unpolluted, the fresh mussels, oysters, and top shells are not only supplied to the self-service grill but also shipped by air to Taiwan for home-delivery sales. The sea is Daxiong’s refrigerator. Daxiong Self-Service Charcoal Grill offers freshly harvested oysters, mussels, top shells, and a variety of seafood the same day, along with charcoal and grills for outdoor use.
