Since its founding, Ruichun Soy Sauce has a century-long history. The tourism factory is the only place in Taiwan where the soy sauce production process is fully transparent, allowing visitors to observe everything from steaming the black beans, fermenting the koji, sun-drying the barrels, to bottling and packaging. You’ll get an inside look at every step of the soy sauce brewing process. The factory also boasts the largest soy sauce sun-drying area in Taiwan, with over 2,500 antique ceramic jars—an ideal spot for photography and social media.
