Adjacent to the Cihu Parking Lot, it serves as the essential stop for visitors before visiting the Cihu Memorial. The antique-style southern Chinese architectural design houses exhibition halls showcasing diverse historical artifacts from the era of the two Chiangs (Chiang Kai-Shek and Chiang Ching-kuo), along with historical documentaries. A variety of commemorative souvenirs related to the two Chiangs are also available for purchase. The center offers friendly volunteer services and provides tourism information for Beiheng region.
