C-119 Military Aircraft Park C-119 transport aircraft, also known as the Aircraft Cart-Type Transport, was manufactured by the Fairchild Airplane Company with an airworthiness duration of up to 13 hours. On ROC 47/10/28 (1958/11/28), the United States leased 16 aircraft to the Republic of China Air Force, which were formally received on ROC 48/7/8 (1959/8/8), replacing the C-46 aircraft.
