Yingfeng Riverside Park is located between the Dajia Bridge and the Zhongshan Expressway along the Keelung River. It was completed in 2002, covering an area of 67 hectares. The park features an ice rink, baseball field, soccer field, softball field, golf course, mini-golf practice area, and has hosted numerous international sports events, making it a well-equipped sports park.

The biggest feature of Yingfeng Riverside Park is the "Dog Exercise Park" located in the JinTai section of the park. It is the first "leash-free" dog park in Taiwan, covering about 1 hectare, and is divided into areas for large and small dogs. It is equipped with stainless steel fences and double doors for human and dog safety measures, as well as convenient facilities for cleaning up dog waste. There are also 8 rest seats and 4 hand and foot washing stations, making the facilities very complete. In addition to providing a great place for general public families to relax and exercise, it also offers dog lovers an additional place to play with their pets.
