Jinquan Snack Shop is none other than the famous "Mai Mian Yanzi." The fame of the original owner is so great that it overshadows the shop's name, so the signboard is actually named after him, making his name more prominent than the shop's name. The tables and chairs are extended from the covered walkway all the way onto the street.
