The soy-milk tofu pudding starts with premium, non-GMO Canadian soybeans. From the first rinse and soak, the beans are treated with running water in intervals, then stone-ground together with oats. After multiple complete filtrations, the milk is slowly simmered into a fragrant, wholesome soy milk.
