澎湖縣湖西鄉虎頭山,鄰近青螺漁港
Appearance of Shigangan: Pagoda-type Inscription text: Height: 4.35 M Circumference: 12.5 M Construction style: Flask-shaped Top ornament: Gourd Historically, the primary residential area of Qingluo Village was concentrated on the eastern side, while the western side developed more slowly. Following guidance from Zhenwu Grand Emperor, a stone pagoda was erected on the elevated "Hillzhaitou," enabling the western village to flourish. The Yangming Miaotower currently visible was rebuilt in 1971 (Republic of China Year 60) according to instructions from Zhenwu Grand Emperor. The exact original construction date is now unknown. A unique feature of Yangming Miaotower is its rain-summoning function among Penghu’s stone pagodas. Legend has it that during prolonged droughts, villagers would insert a plant commonly known as "dake qingcao" (large piper grass) on the stone pagoda, and after several days, rainfall would certainly follow, allowing crops to grow. The location of the stone pagoda corresponds to the first star in Penghu’s "Seven Stars geography system," earning it the alternate name "Seven Stars Pagoda." The vista from the site is exceptionally scenic, offering panoramic views of Qingluo sandbar and Yuzaizi Island, guaranteed to leave visitors enchanted.
