Shuitou Pier located in the southwest of Kinmen was originally a fishing port. After 2002, with the opening of the Small Three Links between the two sides, Shuitou Pier began to take over Small Three Links services, constructing the Shuitou Pier Tourist Service Center and becoming Kinmen's currently busiest ferry terminal.
