Home of Fine Wines, Filling the Air with Rich Aromas Matsu Distillery is located at the foot of Niu Jiao Ling in the entrance of Fuxing Village. Using sweet and clear spring water, the distillery produces fine wines that are renowned far and wide, especially Dacong Sorghum Wine, High粱Sorghum Wine, and Aged Spirits, which have become representative products of Matsu. Along the distillery's entrance walls, rows of neatly stacked clay vessels exude a grand and imposing atmosphere. A couplet hangs at the main entrance: "Opening the jar brings fragrance for a hundred miles; Rinsing the jar leaves drunkenness in a thousand homes," warmly welcoming visitors for wine-tasting. The exhibition hall at the entrance displays various fine wines, including commemorative bottles produced in different eras, rare herbal wines now out of production, and historical artifacts such as iron kettles, bamboo sieves, and ancient clay jars used by locals in traditional brewing methods. These exhibits, combined with video introductions, allow visitors to learn about the distillery's past and present.
