A classic old store that specializes in roubing and gaibao. Gaibao, also known as geibao, is a steamed bun that is split open and filled with braised pork, stir-fried sour cabbage, peanut powder, and coriander. The outer skin is carefully made to be fluffy and elastic, and it is most delicious when just taken out of the steamer. The hot steamed bun wrapped with ingredients becomes even more fragrant. Roubing is based on tender and sweet kohlrabi shreds and carrot shreds that have been simmered, and then sprinkled with unsweetened peanut powder, seaweed powder, pickled radish, and garlic fried bits, which are then rolled up. It has a moderate saltiness and a plain yet flavorful taste.
