At the area in front of the Shagang Earth God Temple, there are two stone pagodas on the northern and southern sides (Flower Rear Tower). This large, pointed hill precisely sits at the central location. In 1980 (Republic of China Year 69), the Northern Temple's Xuantian Shangdi instructed the construction of a stone pagoda here to harmonize geographical deficiencies, pacify malevolent forces, rectify geographical imbalances, and ensure villagers' safety.
