The “Harbour 漁碼頭” officially opened on January 10th, 2010, located at the intersection of Wuquan West Road and Huanzhong Road. The Taichung Tourism and Leisure Fish Market was once a landmark fish auction center in central Taiwan. Today, it has transformed into a leisurely and attractive tourist fish port that continues to develop diverse experiences. In recent years, with the support of the Agricultural Bureau, it has continuously improved. In addition to planning and building an ice factory and freezer warehouse to strengthen the cold chain system and continuously improve the quality of market transactions, it has also established a retail and culinary center, such as the “Fish Trading Post” and “Fish Cooking Post”. This provides citizens with a place to buy fresh domestic and high-quality fish. In addition, it cooperated with the Taichung City Government's Water Conservancy Bureau to establish the “Flatform Creek Water Culture and Environmental Education Center” to help the public understand the ecological environment.
