The boss, Chen Shu-miao, is the daughter of the old store, A San Bo. She opened "A Miao's Eatery" opposite the Yan Shui Snacks City. Combining the traditional techniques of the old store and the innovative ideas of the new generation, she created a unique style of dining. The store also breaks with tradition and cooperates with international organizations to launch the "Love Meal", which is provided to those in need.
