To maintain quality, Sushi Takanaka only has 12 seats around the counter. The sushi rice is made with top-grade Japanese rice and three types of Japanese vinegars, resulting in a very delicate and smooth texture. During the meal, various soups, fried dishes, and grilled items are served in between, allowing you to experience 20 to 30 different combinations of ingredients in one meal. If you wish to try it, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
