Since the restaurant also operates as an agent for Japanese sakes, it provides different sakes according to the seasons to match the meals. The highly popular tuna medium belly sushi has less marbling compared to the fatty part, offering a smooth texture and a delicate sweetness that fills the mouth when chewed gently. The mackerel sushi is topped with a bit of radish paste and scallions, perfectly combining the fish and rice. The head chef, Hsu Wen-chieh, with more than 20 years of experience, once continuously tasted tuna to ensure the best temperature when served to guests. The menu-less dining experience makes every meal a surprise, with professional-level fishing, ingredients, and craftsmanship. Although it is not an inexpensive dining option, it has received many food enthusiasts' approval.
