Special volcanic rock ovens, weighing several tons, were specially imported from Italy. All ingredients and techniques strictly follow the rigorous standards of the Naples Pizza Association (AVPN), including Italian imported flour, water with a pH of 6-7, Mozzarella buffalo cheese, premium extra virgin olive oil, natural sea salt, and more. Regarding the pizza crust, the dough is never used across meals, and the technique uses hand-patted crusts. The oven temperature is controlled between 400°C to 480°C, baking for 60-90 seconds. Combined with the excellent skills of each chef, it creates a chewy and elastic texture, with a charming pizza that is full of wheat aroma. As soon as it comes out of the oven, it is fragrant and tempting, making it difficult to resist taking bite after bite! The authentic Neapolitan pizza is different from the American-style pizza that is usually perceived as oily and salty. It uses extra virgin olive oil, tomato puree made from fresh tomatoes, and is an irresistible healthy delicacy!
