"OGGI Ochicraft Pizza" was founded in Tienmu. "Oggi" is an Italian word, pronounced like "Oh-ji," meaning "today" in Chinese. The original intention was to allow every customer to enjoy the freshest ingredients and most authentic cuisine at "OGGI" on the same day! After 8 years of establishment, OGGI has continuously renovated all of its stores, presenting itself in a brand new look. What remains unchanged is the enthusiasm of the partners and the deliciousness of the food. Welcome to experience the different OGGI! Special volcanic rock ovens, weighing several tons, were custom-made in Italy and transported to Taiwan. All ingredients and techniques strictly follow the strict standards of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), including Italian imported flour, water with a pH value of 6-7, Mozzarella buffalo cheese, extra virgin olive oil, natural sea salt, and more. Regarding the crust, the dough is never used across meals, and the technique uses hand-patted crusts. The oven temperature is controlled between 400°C and 480°C, baking for 60-90 seconds. Combined with the masterful skills of each chef, the result is a soft, chewy, and aromatic pizza with a wonderful wheat flavor. As soon as it is taken out of the oven, it is fragrant and tempting, making it hard to resist eating one bite after another! Authentic Neapolitan-style pizza is different from the general impression of American-style pizza, which is greasy and salty. It uses extra virgin olive oil and tomato paste made from fresh tomatoes, making it an irresistible healthy delicacy!
