As I stepped into Breezen, a white tea house, my eyes lit up. Walking up the stairs from the first floor to the second, I felt a sense of "purification" ritual, which aligned with the description on their fan page: "Enter Breezen, leisurely and carefree, with a gentle breeze and a clear mind." Breezen, which opened at the end of April 2024, aims to promote tea culture by combining baked fruits, scones, light meals, and yogurt. It is located in a quiet area with few tourists, providing a high-end and secluded space.
The owner, a "professional tea master," initially established a tea research center on Daya Road before opening the store. There, they created the "Langyun Tea" brand, selling high-quality tea gift boxes. As their customer base grew through word-of-mouth, their "workshop" space became insufficient, leading them to open a store. The new space allowed for better display of their tea gift boxes and enabled customers to experience tea culture through the consumption of tea, unique light meals, and aesthetic surroundings.
Although Breezen is a boutique tea shop run by a "tea artisan," the coffee, scones, baked fruits, and yogurt they serve are of high quality, making it a suitable destination for those with high standards.
